I am Nadia Boss

I am the owner and founder of My Executive Assistant based in Luxembourg.

As a freelance Professional Executive Assistant, I assist business owners, Partners, Directors and VP’s achieve sustainable results!

I am a confident, self motivated, ambitious and familiar to work with Executives.

During my previous experiences as Executive Assistant in Big 4 companies ( Audit, Marketing and Training departments) and multinational companies I have developed many professional strengths such as supporting business owners in performing their roles by anticipating requirements and identifying opportunities to act on their behalf. This includes managing complex diaries, arranging travels & meetings and performing administrative and legal support, office management and conciergerie with a high level of confidentiality.

I have also a strong background as a sales customer representative in the aeronautic industry (negotiation, follow up of all the sales process until delivery to the customer, maintaining and developing excellent and extensive collaboration with customers, increasing sales)

I work remotely, so I can support businesses across the globe, call me anytime!
